No Students listed in Faculty Portal

You don't see any students, or you don't see the correct students when logged into Faculty Portal, also called Faculty Access for the Web, located at

The Faculty Portal does not automatically select the current term. To select the current term, follow the following steps:
  1. Login to Faculty Portal
  2. Click Settings in the top right of the My Classes box
  3. Change the academic year to the desired year and click OK
