How to Submit a Help Ticket

  1. Go to myncu.nwcu.edu
  2. Click IT Help Desk at the bottom of the screen (below the log in boxes)
  3. You will be presented the help ticket form. If you are logged in to MyNCU, the help category list will show you possible problem areas to help us route your issue. If you are not logged in, the only category available is "Login/Password issue"
  4. Please provide as much detail as possible in your description of the issue. Screenshots are incredibly helpful. For instructions on taking a screenshot, please see this site: http://www.take-a-screenshot.org/
