FindTime Add In For Outlook

FindTime allows you to set up a meeting by allowing invitees to vote. After the votes are collected, the meeting is scheduled at the best time.

  1. Go to https://findtime.microsoft.com/
  2. Click Install for Free
  3. Sign in with your NCU Account
  4. The add in will be added to your account
Office 2013:
  1. Restart Outlook
  2. Create a new message
  3. Click "Apps for Office"
  4. Select FindTime
Office 2016:
  1. Restart Outlook
Now, when you compose a message, click the FindTime button to set up available meeting times to send to invitees.
