Wireless Network for Chromebook

**THIS IS A ONCE PER YEAR PROCESS. YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO THIS EVERY TIME YOU NEED TO ACCESS THE WIRELESS

Steps for New Chromebooks (not yet configured)

  1. Turn on your Chromebook.
  2. Select NCU Activate from the list of wireless networks. When it has connected, click continue.
  3. Read the terms. When finished, click Accept and Continue
  4. You will be prompted to log in to the NCU wireless network.
  5. You will be presented with your network key. Click in the box, and click with two fingers. Choose copy.
  6. Close the browser window.
  7. In the “Select Another Network” drop down, choose NCU
  8. You will be prompted for a password. Click in the password box with two fingers and choose paste.
  9. Click Connect. You are now connected!

Steps for Chromebooks That You’ve Already Signed Into

  1. Turn on your Chromebook and log on with your Google Account.
  2. Click on the wireless symbol on the bottom right corner of the screen. Since you are not connected to the wireless yet, it shows a white X.
  3. Click No Network
  4. Choose NCU Activate
  5. When the connection symbol is lit, open Google Chrome by clicking on the Green, Red, and Yellow circle on the bottom left corner of the screen.
  6. Type http://www.google.com in the address bar. Hit the enter key.
  7. You will be redirected to an NCU WLAN Connection Activation Page. Enter your NCU login credentials and click Log In.
  8. You will be presented with your network key. Click in the box, and click with two fingers. Choose copy.
  9. Click on the wireless connection icon on the bottom right corner of the screen again. This time, choose NCU.
  10. You will be prompted for a password. Click in the password box with two fingers and choose paste.
  11. Click Connect. You are now connected!
